This Privacy Policy explains how MemRush (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) collects, uses, shares, and protects user data in full compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies and Data Safety requirements.

To provide a functional and synchronized gaming experience, we collect the following types of information:

4. Data Retention

Your account information and game progress are stored as long as your account is active. We reserve the right to delete data from accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months to protect user privacy.

5. Account and Data Deletion

We provide users with full control over their data. You can delete your information using either of the following methods:

Method A: In-App Deletion (Instant)
The most efficient way is to use the app. Go to Settings and tap DELETE ACCOUNT. This will immediately and permanently erase your profile, email, scores, and all progress from our servers.

Method B: Email Request
You may request deletion by emailing burkanemretokman@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.

Note: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

6. Security

All data is transmitted using secure HTTPS/TLS encryption. We utilize Firebase’s secure infrastructure to protect your information against unauthorized access.

7. Children’s Privacy

MemRush does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us immediately for data removal.
